Introduction

The Delhi Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Pratibha Yojana is a flagship educational scheme by the Delhi Government, launched on September 7, 2021. This scheme aims to encourage students from financially weaker sections of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) to pursue further education by providing financial assistance.

Key Features

• Eligibility Restricted: Only for SC, ST, and OBC students.
• Income Limit: Family income should not exceed Rs. 8 Lakh per annum.
• Marks Requirement:
  • Minimum 50% for Class 9th and 10th.
  • Minimum 60% for Class 11th and 12th.
• Repeaters Excluded: Students repeating a class are not eligible.
