Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply
Online Application Process
- Visit the Delhi Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Scheme Portal.
- Register using your mobile number and Aadhaar number.
- OTP verification will validate your details.
- Fill out the registration form with the following information:
- Name, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Email, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Submit the form and log in using the registered credentials.
- Fill out the application form, including:
- Personal Details: Advocate’s Name, Photo, Father’s Name, Marital Status, Date of Birth, Bar Council Registration Number, Voter ID, PAN Card, and Address.
- Nominee Details: Provide information about the nominee.
- Upload required documents, such as the Bar Council Certificate, Voter ID, and PAN Card.
- Review the application form, then submit it.
After submission, the concerned authorities will verify the application. A list of selected and rejected advocates will be published on the scheme portal.
