How to Apply

Registration Process

1. Visit the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme Online Application Form.
2. New User Registration:

1. • Fill in your details and verify your mobile number through OTP.
   • Choose a password and log in using your PAN number as the User ID.

3. Apply for the Scheme:

1. • Choose the DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme and pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500 (inclusive of GST).
   • Upload required documents and submit the form.

Flat Booking

1. Booking starts on 10th September 2024 at 11:00 AM.
2. Select your preferred flat location and type.
3. Booking Fees:

1. • ₹50,000 for EWS flats.
   • ₹1,00,000 for LIG flats.

4. Ensure funds are available in your bank account for booking.
5. Post successful payment, the flat will be allotted to your name.
